Please consider...[edit]

that when an editor makes a judgment call about the size of an image after careful consideration, that edit should not be undone by someone who is mechanically following a guideline (not a policy) and making mass edits. We are editors, not robots. Beyond My Ken (talk) 14:05, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that you are talking about my edit in the article Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. I personally do not see a reason why the poster should be 250px in size as opposed to the default 200px which is followed across Wikipedia. But I will leave it to you to decide. --Sreejith K (talk) 15:01, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, but the point is more general as well - if an editor makes that decision, you should honor it unless there is a very compelling reason to revert. Best, Beyond My Ken (talk) 19:37, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding Not usage of Blog links in External Links section[edit]

There are lot of pages in Wiki especially film based pages with reference to blogs and reviews under External Links or Reference Ex: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elsamma_Enna_Aankutty http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singam

and many more. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pprashh (talkcontribs) 17:32, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sify, Rediff, NowRunning, Indiaglitz, etc are not blogs. They are professional web portals. Blogs are the ones hosted on blogspot.com or wordpress.com to name the most popular ones. If you feel any article has references to blogs, feel free to remove them. Wikipedia does not encourage the inclusion of blog references in its articles. --Sreejith K (talk) 17:41, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cover "Survivor(Eric Burdon)[edit]

hi!!

I come here to see if you can put the album cover of "survivor" in my article in Portuguese to improve my article!!

I await answers!!

The Portuguese Wikipedia states that only registered users with at least 30 days of activity and more than 500 edits are valid in the main domain to upload copyrighted media. I am unable to upload the image used in Survivor (Eric Burdon album) to Portuguese Wiki. I apologize --Sreejith K (talk) 10:43, 28 October 2010 (UTC).[reply]

WP:NFCC[edit]

Hello, is it okay if you talk to User:DisneySalt about WP:NFCC? It seems apparent that he is not aware of this since he is reverting back to the old larger versions of the images from the ones you uploaded in fair size. I am not an expert at the subject, so if you would give him a basic info about it, I would appreciate that very much. Thank you. --Dude (talk) 23:20, 28 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

OMG, I don't know what to say after looking at his talk page. It looks like an article than a talk page. I have reverted back the changes he did and if he is going to do an edit war with me, I will take that up in WP:AN. Thats all I can think of now. --Sreejith K (talk) 11:26, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
