Neelavelicham[edit]

Hi. I just wanted to ask you if you could please help expand the draft of the upcoming Malayalam film Neelavelicham. I started the draft. Here is it: Draft:Neelavelicham (film). Thank you. - CallistoR7 (talk) 14:58, 31 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I guess we should wait till the movie releases. Right now, not a lot of information is available publicly. --Sreejith K (talk) 02:30, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Can you tell me how you reduce the size of non-free images? - CallistoR7 (talk) 05:15, 1 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I use User:Alex 21/script-imageres. Sreejith K (talk) 03:33, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks - CallistoR7 (talk) 05:45, 2 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Wikimedia Commons[edit]

I uploaded an image in Wikimedia Commons of actor Roshan Mathew. But it says that now I need a written permission from the author or the image will be deleted. Can you fix this or upload an image of him in Commons.File:Roshan Mathew.jpg - CallistoR7 (talk) 00:57, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

We cannot upload pictures from facebook here. It is a copyright violation. Only the photographer can contribute the picture to Wikipedia. --Sreejith K (talk) 04:22, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks for clearing the problem. - CallistoR7 (talk) 11:05, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Sreejithk2000: Are you an Articles for Creation reviewer? - CallistoR7 (talk) 16:02, 15 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

No, I am not. --Sreejith K (talk) 21:58, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, I removed this copyrighted work because the rationale of critical commentary of the work does not apply in my opinion, hence the orphan status. Best regards Hekerui (talk) 16:41, 17 January 2023 (UTC) Please also see File:Le sorceress.jpg. Hekerui (talk) 21:54, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Isn't it common that we use the book cover in articles about books? --Sreejith K (talk) 21:58, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Films[edit]

The films Saturday Night (2022 film) and Kaapa have no articles. DareshMohan (talk) 21:49, 22 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@CallistoR7:, can you please create them? We will also help. --Sreejith K (talk) 03:28, 23 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bro, sadly they blocked him. DareshMohan (talk) 03:06, 24 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If there was any significant contribution from other contributors, we could have restored it. I did not contribute much to these two. Its disheartening to see it go. Sreejith K (talk) 21:36, 24 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Bro, no problem. I'll work on Draft:Kaapa, you work on Draft:Saturday Night (2022 film). DareshMohan (talk) 07:08, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks[edit]

RE: File:1997 Detroit shootings (2).jpg[edit]

Hi. Initially I had that file (File:1997 Detroit shootings (2).jpg} uploaded under fair use. Since then, a bunch of other users have made changes to the page. It seems they believe that as the image was taken from a surveillance camera that it can be uploaded freely to the commons. I am unsure of this, but you need to take this up with the users who made the changes as I had nothing to do with it. Not sure why I'm getting the warning when it had literally nothing to do with me. Please talk to the users who have made the changes regarding what license it should be under. Inexpiable (talk) 12:12, 24 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
