I am appealing unblock of my account because I am not the user account in question. I just joined Wikipedia but when I wanted to join, my IP address was already blocked and I had to follow a procedure for an Editor (Wikipedia account creator) to help me create it. Your reason here I am unblock request for the second time. I found out and realized that my edits was disruptive according to Wikipedia rules as I didn't write the draft article, United States of Biafra with much numerous, independent sources. I am sincerely sorry for this error on my side. I have sat down and read all the Wikipedia guidelines on publishing article and promise never to repeat my mistakes again.
