Thanks for checking the graph - and so quiclly, I will see if I can match up the colours. The diffeent orthographies is not something we knew about when we designed it. I think we have to keep them distinct or someone may want to claim each Belerusian article twice. Victuallers (talk) 07:03, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re: British Rail Research Division[edit]

Thanks for the warning about plagiarism of this article. I have contacted the author of the website in question. Sorry for the delay in replying. The article is much as I wrote it from personal recollection. Although there is now an extensive website there little in the literature about the early years. I have recently found an extensive history by Alistair Gilchrist but not had time to improve the Wiki article.Chevin (talk) 16:32, 18 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Finnish Article Titles[edit]

Hi Tappinen, I spent yesterday trying to work out how far we are with creating the plaques for the buildings in Gibraltar. They are like the Monmouth plaques but we have labelled them in English and a language chosen from those available. The reason we are choosing to have two languages is the people should see the two titles and hopefully realise that more languages are available. This perfect plan is spoiled? because correctly "Gibraltar" is still "Gibraltar" in other languages. We can make this work by using Hindi or Japanese. I'm not encouraging you to "invent" a translation. As its "John Mackintoshin aukio" then thats fine!. sorry for confusing you. I have updated the plaque list here ... Gran Guerra Irmandiña[edit]

There is not confusion. There were two Irmandiños revolts, the made by Irmandade Fusquenlla (1431), and the Gran Guerra Irmandiña (1466-1469). This article talks about the second one, and rather than just a revolt, was a great conflict. It's for that reason that the information on the Irmandiños revolts are divided into three articles.--Breogan2008 (talk) 08:18, 13 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Africa Destubathon[edit]

Hi, thanks for your work so far! Can you do me a favour though and always add every entry you do to the main list here as well as the entries page, regardless if yet approved or not as that's the master list of all articles being done. It's just very time consuming for me to be judging the articles, trying to contribute myself and chasing up what people have done and filling it out for people each time. So if you can take care of that this would be a great help, there's some part filled out ones underneath so you just need to add country, article name and then your username. Thanks.♦ Dr. Blofeld 20:33, 16 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you may have added public domain content to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Government of Finland. You are welcome to import appropriate public domain content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Public-domain sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any public domain content you have already imported is fully attributed. Attribution is also required when copying prose from one Wikipedia article to another. Thank you, I try to learn this. I agree the definitions from suomi.fi must be properly attributed, but I still struggle to see what content in Government of Finland#Courts_of_law comes from Judicial system of Finland. I'll make some searches to identify it. --Tappinen (talk) 14:43, 21 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thankyou for your participation in the challenge series or/and contests. In November The Women in Red World Contest is being held to try to produce new articles for as many countries worldwide and occupations as possible. There will be over $4000 in prizes to win, including Amazon vouchers and paid subscriptions. If this would appeal to you and you think you'd be interested in contributing new articles on women during this month for your region or wherever please sign up in the participants section. The articles done may also count towards the ongoing challenge. If you're not interested in prize money yourself but are willing to participate and raise money to buy books about women for others to use, this is also fine. Help would also be appreciated in drawing up the lists of missing articles. If you think of any missing articles please add them to the sub lists by continent at Missing articles. Thankyou, and if taking part, good luck!♦ Dr. Blofeld 12:29, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
