Bonjour tout le monde! Welcome to the France task force of WikiProject Football.

Scope

The France task force covers:

• All French clubs, leagues, competitions and associated articles
• French football associations
• Players and managers who are French, or have played for a club in the French league system
• Referees who are French, or have officiated in the French leagues
• Stadia in France
• Matches played in France
• Articles associated with the France national team
• Images of French players, managers, referees, stadia etc.

For the purpose of this task force, "French" includes players and managers from any of the French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Réunion, New Caledonia, etc.)

As of 9 March 2012, we have assigned importance to 49.8% of all articles with a task force banner. (Note that articles inherit importance from the main football project by default, though this can be changed to a task force-specific rating)
