Currently, 6,487 of a total of 6,820,891 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,597 articles (about 1 in 172.258) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,084 articles (about one in 148.010) which are either good or featured.
