Oppose: Sorry, but I can't believe this is being nominated (for FA, no less; it's not even a Good Article). I've worked a little on this list myself, from time to time, and it was only in September that I converted the most egregious instances of semi-translated Italian to something like English. I don't think I did a particularly good job, either, it was only passable. The large upper table has accessibilty problems, as it uses row-spanned cells to report aggregate results from other rows. The lower table should either have some introductory, explanatory text, or it should be removed altogether. And the list isn't, in my view, at all stable, as there is a particular user who comes by every few weeks and replaces wholesale the entire upper table, blindly removing what adjustments have been made for [[WP:ACCESS]]. And we have no sources for the vast majority of the content.; I can't say this list is ready at all, and I encourage you to withdraw the nomination. — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 19:50, 14 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The article should not have a three-sentence lead and then a separate "overview" section. Merge them into one proper lead.
Neither table has any sources at all
None of the "see also" links are necessary
I find it hard to believe that so many attendances are unknown, especially ones from as recent as the late 1980s
"This list encompasses the winners of the finals." - unnecessary, remove
The English in the prose really doesn't read like it was written by a native English speaker and could do with a copy edit by a native speaker
