I believe you made your decision in a haste, as a reponse to a another editor simply claiming that:
- I am not happy. - Sitush (talk) 02:44, 13 April 2018 (UTC)
Facts are
- You told me to "re-scope the older article".
- The other editor agreed with my suggestion that the older article is all about Orissa.
- I informed you about what I was planning to do.
- What I had done was the right thing to do. After you reverted my change of the article title, another editor (who you are familiar with) changed the title equivalent to what I was trying to do. see Praja Mandal movement (Orissa)
