Cordon Bleu[edit]

I notice that you've reverted my changes to Cordon bleu twice, in different forms. Your reasoning seems unsound: the most common usage is for prestige cookery, as almost every WP:RS in the English language seems to attest, as would the vast and overwhelming majority of English speakers. Park3r (talk) 15:16, 21 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Park3r,
I absolutely see your point, but we deal with a disambiguation page here, not with an encyclopedian article. The term does not appear in the article cooking, so that one does not belong on a disambiguation page.
I see that blue ribbon is not a proper equivalent to cordon bleu, thats why I've put it in the see also section, but also here, no culinary meaning is mentioned.
Nevertheless, I've added some informations on the current usage in the Cordon bleu section of the article Order of the Holy Spirit, because your point is valid, that there's a lack of the most common meaning on the English Wikipedia. If you want to improve the situation, you should write something on that in an article already existing or create a new one.
Best wishes
