User pages and User talk pages are intended only to promote collegiality among users. They are not to be used as a soapbox for writings not connected with the editorial process on Wikipedia. While we appreciate that you enjoy using Wikipedia, please note that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a free webhosting service. Wikipedia is not a place to post personal content, host personal websites, or do things that are not directly related to adding to or improving the encyclopedia . Using Wikipedia for promotional purposes is intensely frowned upon. Doing so can lead to users being blocked from editing. Inappropriate/non conforming material may be deleted at any time. User sandboxess should not contain promotional material or material unconnected with improving Wikipedia.

All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
