Page deletion

Hello there, I made a page called: "St Sarkis, Damascus" like 1 month ago, and today i came to see it but you've deleted it, i want to know the reason why, i didn't understand why you called it :Unremarkable place. @KevoKrikorian: Hey there, sorry, I just got back from holiday. I placed a PROD template (proposed deletion) on that page because I couldn't find any suggestion anywhere that the place was notable, meaning it had received significant media coverage or otherwise deserved to be included in the encyclopaedia. When a PROD is active, the article stays up for 7 days, and within that 7 days anyone, including you, could have removed the tag so as to prevent deletion if anyone felt that the deletion was uncalled for. However, nobody did, and so an admin deleted it. If you want to recreate it, you can, however I'd advise against it unless you have evidence that the subject meets the general notability guidelines.
