Wikipedia and copyright[edit]
Hello MariWriter! Your additions to Snorrastofa have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. All other images must be made available under a free and open license that allows commercial and derivative reuse to be used on Wikipedia.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to New product development. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. Wikilinks[edit]
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In relation to this edit and this edit, please ensure you are familiar with the correct method for wikilinking. Simply use the title of the target Wikipedia article, not a url/link to the Wikipedia page (this should only be used for external linking).
For example [[Tomato]] appears as Tomato, and [[Tomato|Salad Tomato]] appears as Salad Tomato.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you insert a spam link, as you did at Remote patient monitoring. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. June 2021: jelvix.com does not belong in Wikipedia[edit]
jelvix.com is a blog which you have cited repeatedly for Wikipedia content. Wikipedia's Reliable source standards clearly state that blogs are never used in citations supporting article content, as blogs are not compelled to be neutral, or even accurate. Here you copied and pasted copyrighted material without permission into a Wikipedia article. That is plagiarism, in addition to a copyright violation. Wikipedia does not allow it.

July 2021: Another copyright violation[edit]
You have been warned in the past, both for citing blogs as sources and for violating copyright. What explains your recent combining both bad practices into one edit, and copying material from https://www.meetrv.com/product-development-tips-for-new-entrepreneurs/ , which is a blog post, into New product development? Thus far, your explanations have been pretty weak. On this talk page is a huge list of recommended reading intended to prevent you from making missteps. Titled "Welcome", you ignored it, apparently having an agenda which does not include adherence to any rules. Further, you posted on my user page, which the Welcome messages and basic observational skills would tell you we don't do. I will have to delete it. And you still don't sign your posts. If someone in your country is asking you to edit Wikipedia for pay, it should be apparent by now that your approach to editing is being rebuffed by everyone who encounters your edits, and your anticipated income from this endeavor will not materialize.
