Hello, Juxlos,

Category redirects are created differently than article redirects. Please look at the code/template on this page so if you feel like making another category redirect in the future, it will not show up on Empty Categories lists. Thank you very much. Liz Read! Talk! 21:18, 14 October 2023 (UTC)

Thanks

Question from WikiHater7000 (13:21, 26 October 2023)

Is IMDb a trusted source? --WikiHater7000 (talk) 13:22, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

  • Type in WP:IMDB and you'll see its assessment. Drmies (talk) 13:24, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
    • It appears to be a relatively untrusted/unreliable source. The series being discussed is obscure, however, and I cannot find another list of episodes. How would I add a warning that the content has a source, but needs a better one? WikiHater7000 (talk) 13:46, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
      • Here's the thing, WikiHater7000: if you can't establish it reliably, should it be in there? Is it not Wikia material, if it can't be verified? Drmies (talk) 17:12, 26 October 2023 (UTC)

Question from Chepe72 (20:49, 28 October 2023)

Hi. I was looking at an article on the Soviet T-18 (a.k.a. MS-1) tank. In the summary block on the right is declared under Production History/No. Built: 126. In the second to last paragraph under the Development section, it is stated: "from 1929 to 1931, with a total of 960 tanks built."

This second reference to the number produced (built) matches the number mentioned in my reference, Russian Tanks and Armored Vehicles 1917-1945 by Wolfgang Fleischer. It is unclear to me where this number of 126 came from unless there's something about the summary block which I do not understand.

As a noob to this potential editing of Wikipedia, I am unclear as to how I should proceed. Please advise. --Chepe72 (talk) 20:49, 28 October 2023 (UTC)

@Chepe72: Considering that 126 is not sourced, feel free to change it to a figure that you can provide a reliable source for. If you’re not familiar on how to add references, just paste the link like <ref>https://books.google.com/somethingsomething</ref> after the 960 figure. Juxlos (talk) 01:32, 29 October 2023 (UTC)
