Promoting nominations at DYK
Juxlos, I noticed that you promoted your first nominations to the prepare areas at DYK about 18 hours ago. It didn't go as smoothly as it should have: you forgot to close the actual nomination templates—something you did a few hours later—and you also neglected to include each nomination's credits, something Mandarax took care of a couple of hours ago (for Prep 6 and Prep 4).
I would like to recommend that before you do any further promotions, you review the instructions on doing promotions. These come in two parts: the mechanics of doing the promotion, and the things you should look out for when building prep sets.
The instructions for promoting a single nomination are at Template talk:Did you know/Approved#How to promote an accepted hook. The various things that need to be considered while building a prep set are at WP:DYKSG#Rules of thumb for preparing updates. One other thing you should typically do is make sure that the hook facts appear in the article and the cited inline source(s) given for them. Sometimes reviews are passed without the reviewer having done this properly, so it's always a good idea to double-check: when you promote a hook, you're effectively giving it your okay in addition to that of the reviewer. If you find a hook that isn't supported by the article, then don't promote it; instead, supersede the existing tick with an icon that reflects the seriousness of the issues you've just found.
