I just made some changes to Rari which you may want to consider. I'm by no means an expert, so you should also seek other opinions. In general, the first use of the category/article name in the text should be bolded. I also removed the link to village. I added a Category:Cities in Chile at the bottom. Hello Eguirald and welcome to Wikipedia!
I've seen you've made great contributions at irritable bowel syndrome and related articles. However, I'd like to give you some tips:
- An article should start with an intro. This should be a brief resumee of the article below, and is at the same time your chance of luring a reader into actually reading the article. Therefore it's not common to put a header over the intro, as you did on the article, that's why I've reverted it.
- It's not necessary to use a wikilink every time a term pops up: only the first time is generally enough. So you might wanna remove the excessive links to the Rome Process article.
- Also, avoid selflinks (links from the article to the article itself, via some redirect).
- Abbreviations are avoided as much as possible.
- Learn about these and many more issues (e.g. using references) at: Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Medicine-related articles)

Hi Eguirald,
are you looking for specific articles you could improve, or for open tasks? Well, good news: lot's of those around here :-D
I like to work via WikiProjects, groups of users working on the same topic. You might want to take a look at WikiProject Clinical medicine, previously WikiDoc! There's even a more specific subproject: WikiProject Gastroenterology; they might be able to give some more specific advice.
I have been working on hepatology and bariatrics, both quite far from perfect... But I'm sure that we need another pair of good eyes watching for vandalism on irritable bowel syndrome, if you have any questions about that just ask.
I'm really glad if I can answer people's questions, so, really, feel free to ask me 'bout anything!

- I completely overlooked your last question on my talk page... sorry for that! You can send me an email by going to my user page and clicking "email this user" to the left. If you have email activated, I can do the same.
- I don't think it's a good idea to start a whole email discussion on articles. If you want to discuss something more specific, we might connect via MSN Messenger? But for starters, just explain what you mean on my talk page, what do you want to work on etc.
- I've discovered something useful today, called User:SuggestBot. It leaves suggestions on your talk page about articles you might be interested in, that might be useful to you?

Re: Villa Alegre, Chile[edit]
The image that I removed from Villa Alegre, Chile was a Commons image that had been deleted. The reason that it was deleted from the Commons was that it was a Google Earth image that had been uploaded under a false claim of GFDL—Google Earth do not licence their images under the GFDL. —JeremyA 00:01, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

comuna vs municipality[edit]
Please review your edits about comunas. They are distinct from municipalities even though they are frequently confused. The comuna is the administrative division, while the municipality is the body which is charged with running a comuna. The distinction is subtle and there is only one exception to every comuna having its own municapality but the law is quite clear on the distinction. For my part, I've been editing articles to say something like municipality, comuna, and town (for example) to correctly reflect the case that there MAY be three different entities involved even though it is not frequent.
Here's the parts from the constitution
Artículo 110.- Para el gobierno y administración interior del Estado, el territorio de la República se divide en regiones y é stas en provincias. Para los efectos de la administración local, las provincias se dividirán en comunas.
Artículo 118.- La administración local de cada comuna o agrupación de comunas que determine la ley reside en una municipalidad, la que estará constituida por el alcalde, que es su máxima autoridad, y por el concejo.
Las municipalidades son corporaciones autónomas de derecho público, con personalidad jurídica y patrimonio propio, cuya finalidad es satisfacer las necesidades de la comunidad local y asegurar su participación en el progreso económico, social y cultural de la comuna.
Note the phrase o agrupación de comunas, it's only applicable in one case right now, but it still is there and in use. --JAXHERE | Talk 17:24, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

Why do you persist in making changes?[edit]
In an earlier message above I pointed out that there is a difference between municipality and comuna in Chilean use.
You have continued to go on an edit articles about towns and citys to make the issue confusing where it had already been corrected. Removing the comma in a phrase like "Maule is a municipality, comuna, and town ...." and putting "Maule is a municipality (comuna) and town of ..." implies, in English, that municipality and comuna the same, which they are not.
I don't know if you don't understand English very well, or if you have difficulty understanding the Spanish in the parts of the constitution, but your treatment of this shows that either you have a problem with one of the languages or you are being stubborn about some idea you have about this issue.
In correcting your recent edits, I ran across another error (probably made by someone else) which stated that the population of the Municipality of Linares was XXXXX. I would argue that if we are strictly accurate in the interpretation of the use of municipalidad in the Chilean constitution (and accuracty is something we must strive for), it would be impossible for a municipalidad to have a population because it is not an area (like the comuna is) but is the responsible "person" for the comuna just as the gobernador is the person responsible for the province. No one would ever state "the Governor of XXX Province has a population of YYYYYY" because it would be absurd. If we are making an interpretation which is widely misunderstood by the people in the country, then it might be valid to observe this fact, but our interpretation should be correct.
If you don't agree with my ideas, then let's discuss this, but I hope you will refrain from making further changes until we've been able to hash this out. JAXHERE | Talk 15:21, 31 January 2007 (UTC)

- The point we need to deal with is how to best present a situation which exists in Chile and is confusing because of the way the law is written that allows a town or city to be the home of a municipality with a different name (ie Puerto Williams home to the Municipality of Cabo de Hornos), and also within a territory which may or may not have the same name. Puerto Williams is also an example of this and the fact that two communes Cabo de Hornos and Antárctica are run by the same municipality.
- the situation is confusing to most people in Chile. If is is confusing to them, we can't do any better but we need to express the situation so that people can appreciate the confusion for what it is, and not in the way we explain it.
- I had attempted to make all articles consistent in the way the situation is presented and also to provide explanations on relevant pages about coumuas, municipalities etc. I believe the consistency in presentation is vital to avoid further confusion in readers.
