Non-free images of still living people

Hi BeatBro. As you can see from above, I've tagged some your file uploads for speedy deletion because they are non-free images of still living individuals, including photos of some bands which still appear to be performing. In pretty much all cases, such images aren't going to be allowed per non-free content use criterion #1 because it's almost always considered reasonable for a free equivalent to be either created or found to serve the same encyclopedic purpose as any non-free one. You were previously advised twice before about this by a Wikipedia administrator named Whpq on your user talk page in June 2021 and then again in January 2022; so, it's not clear why you're still uploading such files. One of the files I tagged (File:Randy Rainbow.jpg) even looks like it's similar to another file that might have been deleted at least couple of times before (e.g. here and here).

Wikipedia's non-free content use policy can be tricky and it's easy to make mistakes; however, based upon all of the notications related to non-free content use on your user talk page, you seem to be repeating a lot of these mistakes. If you've got questions about non-free content use or about whether it's OK to upload a particular file as non-free content, you can ask for help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions or Wikipedia talk:Non-free content; continuing to make the same mistakes, however, might eventually lead to an administrator stepping in a either blocking you're account from editing altogether or blocking your account from uploading files. Hi, this is BeatBro. I noticed I got blocked recently from adding non-free images to Wikipedia. I don't usually read my messages, so I didn't realize that people were telling me to stop. I don't see the harm in doing that. I was just trying to make Wikipedia a better place by adding pictures that could better illustrate the subject of the article. I understand that Wikipedia has rules for the use of non-free images, but I didn't understand how strict they were and I thought I was just doing what any other user of the site would do. If an image I uploaded wasn't free, it could easily just be deleted. The Randy Rainbow one was difficult because I didn't understand why all of my images were being deleted. I tried to justify my use of the images as fair use if I was using them from another website, or by creating my own images of the subject entirely. I feel like that page needs to have a picture, but none of my attempts at adding one were successful.

I don't see any of my edits as vandalism. Some of my edits may be poorly sourced, but I didn't intend for them to be. I added PeanutButterGamer (Austin Hargrave) to the list of notable people from Woodinville, Washington because while he doesn't have a Wikipedia page, he is still a popular internet personality from that area. You can argue that adding him to Wikipedia is unconstructive information, but making me lose editing privileges because of something that minor is going too far. Nonetheless, I'm sorry for adding too many non-free files and I will try to do a better job of communicating with other users when I need help.
