A tag has been placed on Military Engineer Services Bangladesh requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources, it needs more sources to establish notability, you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and Copyright. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Thank you for a good advice. But the organization has given me all the detail's of this article and I have also collect some imformation about it and I think this article is perfectly fine beceause all the imformations and reference are this article related. I hoped you have understand. Also there is a related article avalibale in bengali language wikipedia.

I will improve it by the organization's order because I think now the article is perfectly fine.

While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Important reading for new editors[edit]

Hello, you have had a rough time starting off on Wikipedia, I believe the problem is simply you do not understand English Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. English Wikipedia is a very complex and sometimes difficult place to edit, but it is also a very rewarding place to contribute. We have a great need for individuals who can write well and have a good understanding of Bangladesh history, culture and language. I have some suggestions for you that I believe will help you become a better editor.

For general editing, please read:

WP:PGE, WP:5p (core principles, guidelines and policies)
WP:COI, WP:NPOV, and WP:WEIGHT. (neutrality and objectivity)
WP:OR, WP:SYNTH, and WP:V a very important core policy (verifiability)
WP:CONSENSUS, WP:ONUS, WP:BURDEN, WP:BRD, WP:EW. (interacting with others and dispute resolution)
WP:V (very important), WP:IS, WP:RS, WP:CITE (sourcing)

When writing new articles, these will be helpful:

WP:MOS (the Wikipedia manual of style), WP:LEAD, WP:SECTION, WP:MOSLAYOUT, MOS:APPENDIX, WP:CATEGORY, WP:ARTICLETITLE (article structure)
WP:N and WP:SIGCOV; for biographies read WP:BIO, WP:BLP. For some other types of articles see WP:SNG; here is a list of subject notability guidelines Category:Wikipedia notability guidelines. The most importatnt notability guideline is WP:GNG and the most important policy regarding biography articles is WP:BLP.

Interacting with the community:

As you have no doubt already seen, editors use a lot of slang and abbreviations, Wikipedia:Glossary is a good resource for learning wiki terms and language.
WP:TPG contains guidelines about interacting with other editors on talk pages.

If you are going to edit Wikipedia, especially creating articles, you need at a minimum to undestand the above. It will take time to learn them, but your time will either be spent productively learning about the above, or wasted when the articles are removed.
