Egor Vasilyevich Burkin (Russian: Егор Васильевич Burkin), also known as Yehor Vasylyovych Levchenko (Ukrainian: Єгор Васильович Левченко); born 24 October 1989) is a Russian businessman and drug trafficker, known by the nickname Mexicanets.

According to the Ukrainian newspaper Obozrevatel, law enforcement and intelligence sources say that after Russian invasion of Ukraine, the activities of the Khimprom drug syndicate and its organizer Burkin resumed with renewed vigor.[1][unreliable source?]
Cooperation with Russian special services
According to the investigation, Burkin is fulfilling the tasks of the Russian special services.[1][unreliable source?] Through the activities of Khimprom, the Federal Security Service actually created conditions for the collection and accumulation of compromising information about current law enforcement officers of Ukraine. This created a platform for their further recruitment and use for various purposes, including further destabilization of the situation in Ukraine.[1][unreliable source?]
