Generally, citec is targeted more to compendiums where the chapter authors are all or mostly different, such as at List of French historians, but here's an example of how to do it when they are all or mostly the same. An alternative approach here would be to use sfn with a wikilinked |loc= param to the chapter url, but that wouldn't provide the title or page number.
