My History

I am a proud member of the Bavarian ethnic group (which is where yodelling, Lederhosen, shnitzel, and Oktoberfest comes from). The Wurz Family, which were the founders of what is now Wurzburg, are actually a Franconian family with strong Bavarian accents. The Family has now split into many branches: Wurz, Wuerz, Wurts, Wurtz (mine), Wuertz, and Vurtz. The reason for the splits were actually caused by parts of the family moving to different countries. For example; the Wurtz family moved to French territories then America, the Wurts moved to America first, the Wuertz and Weurz families moved to Holland/Belgium and then spread from there, the Vurtz moved to Slavic countries, and the Wurz stayed in Germany.

I currently reside in the US. I am, however, planning to move to either the US Virgin Islands or back to Bavaria.
