Singles from Wrong Girl

I've Been Expecting You is the debut solo studio album by British singer-songwriter Sienna Knight. It was Knight's first solo outing following her departure from [Insert Group Name]. Released on 25 September 1995 through EMI and Parlophone Records, the album is inspired by Britpop, a drastic separture from the pop and R&B sound [Insert Group] were known for.

The album was preceded by three single prior to its release, all of which were moderately successful, with "Some Kind of Bliss" and the double A-side "Pretty Isn't Pretty" and "Girl I've Always Been" reaching the top five of the UK Singles Chart. It wasn't until the release of the fourth single "These Walls" that the album took off and catapulted Knight to international success as a solo star, topping the UK Singles Chart for four weeks and selling over one million copies. The final single "Maria" reached number three and became Knight's fourth top five single. Her debut single "Light of My Life" was included as a hidden track on initial versions of the album.

I've Been Expecting You debuted at number five on the UK Albums Chart and initially remained in the lower regions of the chart, yet, following the chart success of "These Walls", it began to rebound on the chart and reached a peak of number two in July 1996, nine months after it's release. The album has sold over 1.3 million copies in the UK as of November 2015, making it Knight's second best-selling album to date. I've Been Expecting You has sold an estimated seven million copies worldwide.

The cover art for the album was shot by Andy Earl and features Knight in the center of a sea of photographers.
