Toman (actor)

  • ... that Toman helped popularize genderless fashion in Japan? Source: The New York Times (article)"Mr. Sasaki, a model and pop band member who goes simply by Toman, does not regard his look as feminine so much as genderless... The term “genderless danshi” was coined by a talent agent, Takashi Marumoto, who has helped develop Toman’s career."
    • ALT1:... that Japanese actor Toman was high school classmates with Mario Kuroba? Source: Kyodo News (article) "とまんです。彼とは(地元が一緒の)同級生で、高校生のときから遊んでいた“イツメン”なんです。 [(answering question) It's Toman. He was my classmate (from my hometown) and since high school, he's always down to hang out.]"

  • The article is new enough, long enough, well-referenced, and neutrally written with no significant copyvio. Both hooks are cited-inline in the article. Hook sources are either paywalled or foreign language, and accepted in good faith. Personally, I find the first hook interesting. A QPQ has been done by the nominator. Good to go!
