Belongs in a dictionary[edit]

"Syntelic" is just a word, an adjective. Could it not be better off in a dictionary, rather than in an encyclopedia?--Quisqualis (talk) 06:58, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It looks as if the topic is really "Syntelic attachment", rather than just "Syntelic", so the article should probably should be moved if the prod fails. --David Biddulph (talk) 11:59, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Why then is this article not part of the article on Mitosis? It is like having an article about Dog tail that is a standalone article, rather than a section of Dog anatomy. The editors of the article have not succeeded in connecting syntelic attachment to the web of knowledge, which they could easily do if they relaxed their efforts to describe it in such detail. Obviously, it has something to do with unsuccessful mitosis, but they are not spending much effort getting to the point. I feel this article would have far greater utility as a subsection of Mitosis or a related topic.--Quisqualis (talk) 19:10, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
