Staff writerStaff Writer – As this is a job title (used by some people on Facebook), both words should be capitalized. I tried to move this myself but it claimed that it wasn't allowed for some reason. I just want to correct the capitalization. – Stegsaurus (talk) 19:32, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose per WP:NCCAPS. The standard is to not capitalize any word after the first word if the subject is not a proper noun. Steel1943 (talk) 19:40, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Lots of people capitalize job titles, but the style guides all say not to do it. Certainly Wikipedia's style guide says not to. See MOS:JOBTITLES. Claimsworth (talk) 20:48, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose clearly not a proper noun.--76.65.42.142 (talk) 03:11, 7 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Not a proper name. Job titles are not exempt. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:07, 8 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
