Summary-- needs editing[edit]

I've never seen this movie, and only stumbled on it from a page on "Love in the Time of Cholera." However, I noticed that the summary for this movie is entirely unhelpful, and should be edited (particularly the last paragraph) by someone who has seen it. -cth — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.75.228.139 (talk) 02:51, 2008 January 23 (UTC)

Well if you watch the movie, then you will see that the summery explains the movie perfectly. Look up the word. I t will tell you that it means basically you make fortunate discoveries by accident while looking for something else. And that is what happens in the movies. It is about fate. If you mention much more about the movie then it will give it away. It is a great movie, and you should really watch it so that you can understand it better. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Misslynn89 (talkcontribs) 03:34, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

what the movie was named after[edit]

Technically, was the movie named after the restaurant or the concept of Serendipity? They could have just used Serendipity III in the movie because it had to do with the concept. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.191.140.37 (talk) 16:21, 2006 November 25 (UTC)

The movie was more named after the concept. But the resaurant was also in the movie. So it was kind of named after both. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Misslynn89 (talkcontribs) 03:37, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Serendipity.jpg[edit]

Image:Serendipity.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Soundtrack cover[edit]

There has been a request for the the deletion of the soundtrack cover here Wikipedia:Files_for_deletion#File:Serendipity (sountrack).jpg As the discussion stands so far you'd need the Soundtrack cover to be different then the lead film infobox, it could be a new lead image, or you might get here a different soundtrack cover from a differant region or alternate cover.

But the information about the soundtrack would still need to be referenced more. With interviews, and, or reviews, and reference like music aggregate scores. Here are some of the websites that might help; But it's up to you if you want to do the work and it still might get removed, but whether the information is here or in a article of it's own that information being referenced would help create a better article over all.

Magazines, secializing in just the soundtracks;

Incorrect[edit]

Where it says: 'Having failed at this attempt, he remembers the ice cream shop they went to and goes to check the place out again. To his dismay, it’s now a bridal shop.' That's incorrect. They ask the french guy how he knew her and he said a roommate finding place. He couldn't remember the name of it but knew it was next to Serendipity. John went to the roommate finding place and found that it is now a bridal shop. It is right next to Serendipity (the ice cream shop) Angelicerin17 (talk) 15:10, 4 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to improve the reading. I'm a huge fan on the movie I seen it a million times. I feel like the plot of the story wasn't well describe, the details it did had they where not describe properly. I would be working in the piece to make it better. Dorry92 (talk) 06:04, 27 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
