Clarification needed[edit]

The opening paragraph refers to "a recent collection of works instrumental to the emergence of political realism in Anglophone political philosophy over the last decade," and it cites one book from 2008, which is no longer recent. Under ==Work==, it says "To date," without stating the date. This is a problem throughout Wikipedia. We should not use temporal terms such as "recent," "latest," or "to date." "Latest" or "Most recent" is a particular problem because it often refers to an author's latest book even though he has published subsequent books.

Also in need of clarification is the phrase I quoted above, "collection of works." That would be okay for the opening paragraph if it were explained later, but it is not. As I said, only one book is cited. Maurice Magnus (talk) 12:06, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
