The champions don't deserve red text on their names. Winning an NCAA D3 title is not notable enough to merit a Wikipedia page. Some of these guys run 29:30 on the track. I checked with World Athletics, and there are typically 500 guys who run <30:00 every year.
Wikipedia:NATH describes notability for runners as having success at an international level.
