Hello, i am the creator of this page, because I noticed that wikipedia was lacking a compilation of relevant (and significant) theories/laws, and I felt it necessary to get one started. Make sure that you links are actually linking to something.(scosco (talk) 05:49, 9 January 2008 (UTC))[reply]

I added the tags to the page. I felt the article was in need of some experts' knowledge. Plus, One can not start a Wikipedia article and write "Feel free to add what you feel necessary."! and also there are some Physics, Quantum mechanics, and Chemistry theories under Psychology!! , the idea of the article is good and needed. but attention must be paid to what it contains or the message it sends to the reader. but good work nonetheless Bearsbaseballcubs ! Wikipedia already has many similar lists - see List of theories, List of discoveries, List of laws, List of scientific laws named after people, Laws of science, List of theorems. Why do we need another one ? Seems to me that this new list will only duplicate what already exists. Gandalf61 (talk) 15:26, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • I'm starting to agree. Generally speaking, a law, a theory, and a theorem are very different things. I also don't see any reason to use a list rather than a category. All of science is theory, really. eaolson (talk) 18:55, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
