Innovative Interstellar Explorer[edit]

I'm not entirely familiar with wiki's posting system, but I've tried my best to lay it out logically to the best of my knowledge of the wiki system, no doubt there are folks who could do a better job if so, please do.

Created article to fill out the empty hole within the linked file for this study in the Interstellar section of the Interstellar_probe

Status[edit]

Anyone know if this project has any chance of getting off the ground, on the nasa website it says that the technology would have to be tested by 2010 and basically ready to go for a 2014 launch, Not much info on the project that I have heard, so I assume these goals are not going to be met... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.120.182.253 (talk) 21:40, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dropped?[edit]

I came here to say a similar thing to the person above. Presumably this proposal has not been taken forward, but is there a source for that and perhaps a link to a document from people who decide on these things explaining why it wasn't a high enough priority?
