A fair amount of the text in this article is verbatim from marketing materials from the various company web sites. The language of such text is decidedly not NPOV. At a minimum, such language should be quoted and cited. asfasdfasdfasdfasfd Particularly disturbing is this comment from the history...

Significant place[edit]

The Hitec City is a major suburb of Hyderabad, it is actually known by the name Madhapur. But the information contained in this article is rich and informative. But the thing is its not streamlined well, or not given the source for copying text off some sites. Please do not delete, by collective effort all of this can be fixed to form a great article. Disambiguation[edit]

This article is in need of some serious disambiguation. It currently refers to AP's original HITEC City, in Hyderabad, and to Vijayawada's HITEC City. In fact, the latter, a totally different entity, takes up all but the first paragraph of the History section of this article and should probably just be unceremoniously eliminated. Whats the rationale for using Infobox company?[edit]

Company is defined as "A company, abbreviated as co., is a legal entity representing an association of people.." and HITEC City does not fit into this definition as it is not a "legal" entity. The article describes itself as a "business district", therefore Template:Infobox business park may be appropriate. If we take a generalist approach, then Template:Infobox settlement would also work.   • Update: As no one has responded in over 10 days, I went ahead with the proposal and replaced infobox company with Template:Infobox business park. You can review my edit here. As you can see a lot of parameters were misused previously. For example; building images were added in the place of the company logo and the politician who inaugurated was displayed as a founder. @115.98.11.105 Hitech City refers to a specific project taken up the State Government. That's why I placed Infobox business park, not company. Since its nots a legally recognized settlement, it may not WP:GEOLAND without additional reliable sources which discuss HITEC City as a settlement. -- Ab207 (talk) 14:49, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Every construction is called as project and the pdf file clearly shows headlines the name hitec city-cyberabad planned in 1996 and the projects is part of the new city where there is seperate commissionerate for cyberabad which has been recongized and the concern is you have been added the old data which is just a layout plan of the project but not city and need to be updated with real time data as you are adding info before 25 years file and lot of things changed now. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 115.98.11.105 (talk) 15:12, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@115.98.11.105 Yes, things need to be updated but there's a process to it. In this version, you added that HITEC city has an area 56.48 km2 and a population of 29 lakhs. Where has this data come from? Is it verifiable? We cannot simply cook up the data without sources, as it may amount to WP:ORIGINALRESEARCH -- Ab207 (talk) 15:21, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The data comes from cyberabad metropolitan official website the population, area and the metro towns that comes under cyberabad zone in aboout section and the data you added is not so important and the same data is already existed in history section which is enough. so we must be added according to real time data. I don't think we can use this data for HITEC City. The commissionerate's jurisdiction extents much beyond the city. You can however add this info at Cyberabad Metropolitan Police. -- Ab207 (talk) 16:32, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The page is combination of cyberabad and the data you added is old data that already existed in history section so adding again in infobox which is also not so important and double repeat why?.And the cyberabad total area size in this [1]. And also hitec city is also called as Cyberabad and part of it. so that's clearly make my point here and it would be better backing up with updated data. The only solution I see here, is to seperate Cyberabad and HITEC City articles. While the terms are interchangeably used at times, they differ is definition and scope. I may do that when I get some time. -- Ab207 (talk) 21:37, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
