London centric[edit]

Can anyone explain why this Crimean War Memorial article should be so overwhelmingly London-centric? Or why it should be regarded as solely a memorial page to the Brigade of Guards? There are numerous memorials to the Crimean War located around England, often close to military and naval garrisons. One such example being on Southsea seafront in Portsmouth, UK. There was an image posted several years ago of the rather striking Southsea memorial, yet it was removed, and the article was reverted to remove any reference to memorials outside London. link to the Southsea example. 5.70.56.16 (talk) 13:27, 14 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

G'day, I'm not one of the article's contributors, but it would seem to me that this article refers to a specific Crimean War memorial, rather than to all Crimean War memorials, which would be the reason for its focus. Regards, AustralianRupert (talk) 22:51, 13 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
