Requested move 23 September 2020[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

The result of the move request was: moved and will then delete the disambiguation page. -- JHunterJ (talk) 11:33, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

– I believe the proposed NASA mission is the primary topic at this point given that the Russian mission evolved into a different mission (Laplace-P that does not involve Europa). Thus this seems to be a case of WP:PRIMARYRED (though there is currently no red link for the Russian mission concept). Mdewman6 (talk) 19:39, 23 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support Since there is only one other article on the disambig page, and that mission was only named Europa Lander for two years ending in 2011. It would be reasonable to just move the page and not even create the Europa Lander (disambiguation) page and instead just use {{About}} at the top of the Europa Lander article to reference the Laplace-P article. • Support first but a disambiguation page is not required. Delete Europa Lander (disambiguation) and use a hatnote to disambiguate. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 09:36, 26 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
