Was the council terminated or replaced?[edit]
The article states the Supreme Council of Crimea terminated the powers of the Council of Ministers but also states that its membership was replaced. Why would new members be instated if the council's powers were terminated? Stephen J Sharpe (talk) 20:41, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
