Since they are both in relatively equal use, a case could be made for Episcopal Conference Of Ethiopia And Eritrea per WP:CONSISTENCY. However, I opted for Catholic Bishops’ Conference Of Ethiopia And Eritrea as less ambiguous, including Catholic in the title. Furthermore, the Symposium of Episcopal Conferences of Africa and Madagascar is a close as we can get to an official website reflecting local custom. Daask (talk) 19:42, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
