Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore[edit]

Many people in a global readership will not know where this is, and therefore it is helpful to include the country. Not only is this a helpful addition it in no way damages the article. Please leave for the benefit of non-US readers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.147.253.126 (talk) 13:06, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment[edit]

It has been requested at WP:WPSCH/A#R that I assess this article. While it is good enough for its existing C-class rating a lot of work is needed for B-class. While the article contains lots of details and images it is poorly referenced with most of the content unreferenced. This should be addressed so the article meets WP:V. The article also seems to focus on trivial details which are not of interest to a wider audience, see WP:WPSCH/AG#WNTI. In particular tables seem to have been overused, lists of staff and less important are not necessary. While the article is not outright promotional it does have a tone and style which would be better for the school website than an encyclopaedic article. For example, Capital Campaign efforts have improved the campus of the school, says who? See WP:NPOV. A dedicated section to the fiftieth anniversary is not really necessary, this article layout should correspond to that at WP:WPSCH/AG.
