Dataran Helang (Eagle Square)

A picture of the Eagle Square (Dataran Helang) in Langkawi, Malaysia. According to one interpretation, Langkawi means island of the reddish-brown eagle in colloquial Malay. The Malay word for eagle is helang - which is shortened to "lang", while kawi is the name of a red stone used as a chalk to mark goods. This interpretation was used to create the landmark sculpture of an eagle as the symbol of Langkawi at Dataran Helang (Eagle Square) in Kuah.

Melaka Chinese Mosque

Melaka Chinese Mosque (Malay: Masjid Cina Negeri Melaka) is a Chinese-style mosque in Krubong, Melaka. Completed in April 2014, it is the third Chinese-style mosque in Malaysia. With a total build up area of 2.8 hectares and 2,000 worshipers capacity, the mosque was developed by the Melaka Chinese Muslim Association.

Putrajaya Lake

Putrajaya Lake (Malay: Tasik Putrajaya) is a 650-hectare man-made lake in Putrajaya. It has an average depth of 6.6 meter with a total catchment area of 50.9 km². It was designed as the natural cooling system for the federal territory as well as for recreational and sport activities. It was one of the venue for the 2017 Southeast Asian Games.

Kedah State Art Gallery

Kedah State Art Gallery (Malay: Balai Seni Negeri Kedah) is an art gallery in Alor Setar, Kedah. The building was originally constructed in 1912 as a high court building. It was then used by various local government agencies. In 1983, the building was finally converted into an art gallery to mark the silver jubilee of Sultan Abdul Halim.
