Kuri I of Kanem

Kure Gana Ibn Abdullahi was king of the Kanem–Bornu Empire following the death of his brother, Salmama II in 1339. He was one of the four sons of Abdullahi II who had a brief reign before losing his life in battle with the southern ethnic groups of Lake Chad, sometimes called the Sao.[1]
