This is two song samples from two commercial recordings, cut and fused using Audacity. Its inclusion here is claimed as fair use because:

• It illustrates to the reader the difference between the early 1998 version of the song, and the new 2008 recording of the song from Indestructible.
• It is a sample that is no longer than 45 seconds long, each sample taken from the songs are 22 seconds long (from the Indestructible sample), and 23 seconds long (From the M.O.L. sample).
• It is a lower quality than the recording, reduced so that it is not suitable for re-creating the original recording, or as a substitute of the original recording.
• It is not replaceable by any free uncopyrighted content.
• It is believed that this sample will not affect the value of the original works or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original recording.
