Donald McGray "Don" Phillips (August 24, 1929 – October 5, 2016) was a Canadian politician. He served in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 1966 to 1969 and from 1972 to 1986, as a Social Credit member for the constituency of South Peace River.[1] He held many cabinet posts during his time in office, including Minister of Agriculture (1975 to 1976), Minister of Economic Development (1975 to 1979), Minister of Industry and Small Business Development (1980 to 1985), Minister of Industry, Tourism and Small Business Development (1979 to 1980), Minister of International Trade and Investment (1985 to 1986), and Minister of Tourism and Small Business Development (1979).
He died on October 5, 2016, at the age of 87.[2] He lived in Australia in his later years, where he died.[3]
