Description
English: Sichuan brocade with a drinking scene involving two Byzantines or Central Asians within a pearl roundel, discovered in 1973 from Tomb 507 at Astana Cemetery in Turpan, Chinese Turkestan. This fragment is currently preserved in Nantong Textile Museum.

中文（繁體）：四川蜀地織錦「聯珠對飮紋錦」，1973年出土於新疆阿斯塔那古墓群507號墓，現藏南通紡織博物館。聯珠窠環中是兩個拂菻人或中亞人擧杯對飮的塲景。該蜀錦由黃、藍、綠三色經線和黃色緯線織成，藍、綠色經線分區變換，同與黃色經線互爲表裡而顯。唐朝蜀錦紋樣在裝飾藝術上融入異域元素，尤其以聯珠團窠紋樣爲主，是典型的異域文化象徵。構成聯珠團窠紋樣的主要元素是聯珠團窠環，由一串小的圓珠圍繞形成圓環，常以20粒左右組成。在薩珊王朝星相學層面，這樣的聯珠紋樣被解讀爲神聖之光。
