Fair use for Money Maker[edit]

Although this is a copyrighted image, this image is covered by fair use because of the following:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal vinyl or CD copies of the single.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the single in any way.
4. Money Maker is a very significant song and reached noticeable popularity by peaking at #1 in the Billboard Hot 100 and winning the Grammy Award for Best Rap Song of 2007. This is the artwork, intended by Disturbing tha Peace and Def Jam Recordings for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The cover is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original single in any way.
