This image is from an article about Sylvester Weaver and Sara Martin at the Kentucky Folk Web site at [1]. Its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: It illustrates an educational article about the artist. It is a low resolution copy. The use of the photo will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original book.
